In addition to this we are proud to offer a fantastic after placement service, to assist in ensuring a long-term placement.
Using a nanny agency will save you time and money, advertising yourself will mean you may have hundreds of applicants most of whom may be unsuitable or inexperienced.
Leaving the initial vetting of applicants to High Profile Nannies will take the stress out of finding a nanny. We will only send you the profiles of the most suitable nannies making it easier for you to choose the best nanny for the job.
Our full placement fee is only payable after the commencement of a successful candidate is appointed.
Once we have received your request for a nanny or governess service you will be asked to fill in a registration form and to sign and return our terms and conditions. We will then contact you directly to discuss your specific requirements. We will then email you suitable candidate profiles that match your requirements.
Next Step -Interviews We will organise interviews with the candidates that you have selected. This can be on Zoom. After the nanny/governess has be chosen we recommend a 4 week probationary period to make sure the nanny/governess suits your family.
Once you have chosen a nanny and decided to offer her the job, we advise you on the contract. Once the Nanny has accepted the position, she will be employed by the family.
After a nanny has commenced employment with you we will follow-up to check all is working well with your new nanny. We are pleased to offer after placement support and offer the longest free nanny replacement should this be required.
For a full time live in Nanny overseas: £3000-6000 per month
For a Governess Tutor: £4000-6000 per month
Salaries depend on a nanny's experience and qualifications, the number of children taken care of, the country and the working hours requested.
We also offer Bespoke Maid training in the Middle East in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Should you need to improve your Maids performance please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss further.
